Our Sheds Are Built Using Quality Building Materials
Vinyl Siding - We use premium vinyl siding for a maintenance free exterior with a selection of colors available to choose from. This quality residential grade siding has a limited lifetime manufacturer’s warranty covering fading, warping, and even hail damage. Underneath the vinyl siding we use 1/2" sheeting for durability and long life.
Paint - A selection of colors for you to choose from. We use quality Haley "Storm Plate" exterior latex paint.
LP Smartside Panel with Smart Finish - Durable overlay with a beautiful finish. Treated with the Smart Guard process to resist fungal decay and termites.
Power Nailed Construction - All wall framing and T1-11 is nailed. Galvanized fasteners are used on all exterior surfaces.
2x4 Framing - 16" on center spacing is standard.
4x4 Pressure Treated Runner Foundation - Allowing airflow under the floor so it stays dry. We use 5- 4x4 runners on 10' wide, 12' wide, and 14' wide sheds, 3- 4x4 runners on 6’ wide and 8' wide sheds.
LP Prostruct Floor with Smart Finish - Provides a beautiful and durable coating that resists moisture absorbtion--water, oil--and lays flat.
Architectural Style Self-Sealing Shingles - When it comes to weathering the elements, our choice of shingles, are quite simply, at the top of their class. Built on a tough fiberglass base, each shingle provides exceptional resistance to blow--off and tearing, in you choice of 5 colors. Under the shingles we use 15 lb. felt paper and 1/2" sheathing placed on 2x4 roof rafters.
Heavy Duty Stanley "Lifespan" Hinges - With an ornamental black finish, fastened to the main frame of the building with screws for durability.
Industry Leading 6 Year Limited Warranty On Materials and Workmanship - Many options are available to customize your storage building. If you don't see what you are interested in, just ask! We can deliver to your prepared site (see our site prep recommendations), or if your building cannot be delivered fully assembled, on=site setup is available at an additional cost.
